Melt and pour soap machinery
This melt and pour transparent soap unit contains double jacket boiler mixer, manual bar cutter, manual stamping die tool, tabletop model-optional.
Features
- Boiler capacity range: 25lit, 50lit, 100lit, 200lit, 500lit.
- Can run continuously for 8hr/day.
- All contact parts made by stainless steel-304 grade only.
- Full stainless-steel model.
- Single phase and three phase motor model available.
- Boiler heating method : 25lit boiler-2000watts single phase heater, 50lit boiler - 3000watts - single/3 phase heater, 100lit boiler - 4000watts- 3 phase heater, 200lit boiler-3000watts+3000watts - 3 phase heater-furnace oil model also provided as per request, 500lit boiler- 4000watts + 4000watts - 3 phase heater-furnace oil model.
- Above 100lit model stirrer unit and boiler unit are given separately for easy boiler movement for draining and washing. Boiler attached with rollers for free movement. Stirrer fixed in spl type mobile metal frame made by mild steel-painted.
- Stirring provided from 50lit capacity model. 25lit model manual stirring only.
- Control panel contains legrand brand MCB, temperature controller, heater on/off switch, stirrer motor on/off switch with speed control VFD. Electrical parts made by L&T, SIEMANS, HAVELLS.
- All motor made by havells electricals. gear box made by transtech-50 to 200rpm.
- Power standard 50hz, 220volts/440volts-single/3 phase.
- All bearing made by imported NBC,SKF,NTN brand only.
- Manual cutting machine made by stainless steel-304. Cutting by stainless steel wire-0.9mm-single wire.
- Manual hand stamping tool made by brass metal with your name/logo.
- Soap base formulation will also be provided.
- Approximate space required for machine installation 200sft for 25lit to 100lit model. for above 100lit model 500sft required or buyer scope.
